Gap Closer how does it work?

This is not a standalone holiday programme. It is conducted during school holiday before our Course commence in January. Currently only available for Mathematics from Primary 3 to Secondary levels.

Gap Closer is a structured remote learning programme with weekly report and learning progress. This programme will train students to better understand their weakness, own the problem and overcome the gaps at their own pace. ​​There is no one medicine that cure all sickness and learning is the same.

​

Let's diagnose before prescribing, the relevant resources and quiz assignments will be identified and assigned to your child targeting to strengthen and overcome their area of weakness. This is back by AuHut's database of different resources and online assignments. This program is auto-marked quiz driven. 

​

Maths is all about Concepts, one cannot do well and rush into learning new concepts before strengthen the essential concepts.

Subject: Primary to Secondary Maths

Duration: 7 weeks (from early Nov to end Dec)

Sequence of events: 

  1. Upon registration, a Gap Closer Google Classroom account will be created for your child

  2. CamScan the examination paper and load into the Google Classroom

  3. Teacher will review in details and identify a few, up to 5 essential concepts or learning gaps 

  4. A review and learning plan customised for your child will be provided within a week

  5. Relevant collection of quiz, slides and guideline will posted by the teacher 

  6. Your child progress will be monitor remotely by the teacher and updated weekly. 

  7. You will receive a link to see the progress and weekly report

  8. If your child didn't attempt the quiz assignment properly, extra and increasing quiz assignments will assigned.
